We have to blame SOMEBODY, right?

In case anybody's curious, I left the evacuation zone Thursday evening for the long weekend... which may end up being a bit longer than planned if the hurricane-prep people at work didn't learn their lesson properly since the last one.

My father was saying that some of the crazier left-wing types are already blaming George Bush for the hurricane... not just for poor government response to it, but for the STORM ITSELF. Now, he's not a good President, but blaming him for the weather is just the mark of a lunatic... especially when allegedly hard-core atheists start claiming it's God's judgment.

We decided that it would be fun if Bush went on TV at the end of his term to apologize for creating hurricanes. He could show a little CGI film of himself running in circles across the surface of the ocean at super-sonic speeds to stir up cyclonic wind patterns.

If I was President, I'd do it. You're on your way out anyway... what are they going to do, impeach you?
